Christmas Breakfast

At the end of a busy summer planting, watering, weeding and the miriad of the other jobs that the volunteers undertake what better way to celebrate than a big breakfast get together in the town. For the 2023 year we celebrated at Mist, whilst for 2024 and 2025 we went to Mems. 2024 was special as we welcomed the new members from the Friends Of Wickford Cemetery group into the fold.

Wickford in Bloom would like to wish all our supportors, donors and volunteers a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Our volunteers met this mornings at Mems Cafe in Wickford for a Christmas breakfast get together very generously paid for by one of our committee members. It was lovely to see so many of our volunteers having the opportunity to chat and socialise without having to get their gloves on and trowel at the ready!
